Have you heard? Its buzzing around Raleigh. Ray and Joni are opening up a club. Troy Hinnant is also a partner in the new club (many of you will remember Troy from his days at the Longbranch) .Rayz Deck Party will have a new home on Thursday nights featuring the best in Carolina Beach Music. I heard one person claim its the best thing to happen to beach music in Raleigh in the last 20 years….
The new club is located at 4801 Leigh Dr, Raleigh, NC 27616 Click Here to see the map Ray has some work to do, but he plans to open soon! Shaggers will love the dance floor that Ray is putting in the club.
The club has not been named…We know that Rayz Deck Party will be featured on Thursday nights at the new club, but what that club is named could be up to you…the fans of beach music and friends of Rayz Deck Party.
Starting on February 12th, someone will be at the new location, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays taking membership applications from 6:30-8:00. For the month of February, you can get your membership for only $5 for the first year. When the club opens, annual memberships will be $10.
Ray, Joni, and Troy are taking suggestions through the comment form on this post. Enter names for the new club, be sure to leave your name so we can get up with you. From now until Wednesday, February 7th, enter as often as you wish. When you post a name here on the form below, it will not post to the website automatically. We will hold all entries until we decide on a winner. Entries will be accepted until Wednesday night, Februray 7th.The person that submits the winning entry will get FREE cover charges for an entire year at the new club.
