Here is a Special Message from Steve Baker, President of the Association of Beach and Shag Club DJ’s regarding the 2011 DJ Throwdown
To all Shag Club Presidents,
The Association of Beach and Shag Club DJ’s have made the decision to move DJ Throwdown to The OD Beach and Golf Resort, which houses the Spanish Galleon, the OD Beach Club, the Tiki Bar and the OD Cafe. This exciting change will provide more dance floor space, more bars and more DJ’s to entertain you. We will still have your top Beach Bands on Thursday night which you have grown acustomed to and our legendary reverse raffle. It will be 3 days of partying, seeing old friends and dancing yourself into a shag frenzy!
The Association of Beach and Shag Club DJ’s wanted each of your members to be assured this is and will always be one of the premier events in Ocean Drive, SC.
Please mark your calenders now for the 20th annual DJ Throwdown, March 3,4 and 5th, 2011. We promise our 20th anniversary at the Spanish Galleon, the OD Beach Club, The Tiki Bar and the OD Cafe to be an unforgettable experience you will talk about for years to come.
