EploreNMB Beach Music Survey

Last week, during the days of snow, ice and cold… I posted a survey on ExploreNMB website asking what bands you like to see. From facebook and other sites, I posed the question “What bands would you like to see more of in North Myrtle Beach? What artist is a must see beach music artist?

I had several ask why I did not include this band or that band in my lists. The 6 artists mentioned on the survey have supported beach music online and my efforts to promote beach music on the Internet. Thank you so much Band of Oz, Jim Quick & Coastline, Fantastic Shakers, Blackwater Rhythm and Blues Band, Tommy Black Band, and The Carolina Breakers.

If you participated in the survey to help support your favorite artist, I want to thank you too for helping out!

So who do you think was the most mentioned in the MUST SEE question?

Craig Woolard Band

I am sure many of you have seen the Craig Woolard Band and know that Craig and the guys from CWB always put on a great show. The Craig Woolard Band was the top choice in the survey. Take a look at the CWB website for news and information about the band, music and schedule.

Other notable mentions on the survey include (in no particular order of popularity); The Castaways, Hip Pocket, Holiday Band, Sand Band with Teri Gore, BigTime Party Band, The Entertainers, Sea Cruz, The Embers, The Entertainers, Hardway Connection, Pizazz, Steve Owens & Summertime, Tim Clark Band, Too Much Sylvia, Punch Band, Swingin’ Medallions, Tams, Feature Attraction Band, The Catalinas, Marsha Morgan Band, Ron Moody and the Centaurs, The Magnificents, Mark Roberts Band, Delbert McClinton, Gary Lowder and Smokin Hot, Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs, Show Band, Lakeside Drive Band, DejaNue Band, Rick Strickland Band, Back in Time, Atlantic Groove, Rhonda McDaniel, Special Occasion Band, Legends of Beach, Ginger Thompson Band and Clarence Carter.

Whether you agree or disagree with any of the bands above, the people that participated in the survey, love beach music and have showed their support. If you have’t seen them, check out the band schedule page and see if you can catch one of their next shows. If you don’t see their schedule link..urge your favorite to contact beach music online and Bo the Webguy about links, promotions and marketing.
